Property Manager is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.
Located in the beautiful Summit Estates on just over two private acres, Alpenglow Peaks Lodge offers the privacy plus panoramic mountain views of the Ten Mile Range and ski slopes. With a short drive to the town of Breckenridge. This 4,360 square-foot luxury home has been remodeled with a modern rustic feel.
The great room on the main level features a large stone gas fireplace, a big-screen TV, large windows, and comfortable leather couches to sink into and enjoy your family and friends. The great room flows into the kitchen, making this a beautiful entertaining space with exposed beams and wood floors.
The large gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream with Wolfe appliances, custom cabinetry, a gas range, double ovens, walk-in pantry, and an island with four counter stools. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out to the woods from a breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats six guests.
An elegant dining table seats eight in an open-concept area that is perfect for entertaining. Walk out onto the large, secluded deck with a private outdoor hot tub. In warmer months, enjoy dining al fresco and the wonderful mountain views from the home’s deck furniture, including a large dining table, rockers and lounge chairs. In summer, explore the nearby trails right from the house.
Opposite the main living space, guests will enjoy the custom bar area in the den with TV and seating. This continues through to a bathroom with a shower that is used by a connecting king bedroom.
The primary king suite is on the upper level, with a gas fireplace, great views, and a beautiful soaking tub in the ensuite bath, surrounded by private wooded views. The upper level also features a bedroom with one queen and one twin bed. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom.
Movie and game night begin in the lower-level family room, complete with comfy couches, and a flat-screen TV. A king room and bunk room are nearby and share a hall bath. The bunk room features a twin over queen bunkbed.
Other amenities include a laundry room on the upper level and a 2-bay garage with parking for additional vehicles in the driveway.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
