Escape to the mountains at La Casa de Chaboya! You will enjoy this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath getaway set amongst the pines with easy access to many local attractions such as Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, and so much more. Lovingly maintained with a classic cabin atmosphere and all the comforts of home. Large open great room with soaring ceilings, gas log stove (there’s also forced air gas heat) and many windows providing forest views. The dining area is adjacent along with the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. The deck provides the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining or sip a beverage after a day of exploring. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor; while the loft, 2 additional bedrooms (one being the primary suite) and a half bathroom are located upstairs, along with a sofa sleeper in the living area. The garage doubles as rec room with ping pong and darts! La Casa de Chaboya sleeps 8 guests total (6 in beds and 2 in fold-out couch). Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and has a King sized bed. Bedroom 2 is the primary suite and is located upstairs with a private bathroom and Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs off of the loft with a Queen bed. Along with the full bathroom in the primary suite, there is a full bathroom with laundry on the main floor and an additional half bathroom upstairs. The living room couch folds out into a Queen bed for additional sleeping space. Amenities: WiFi, TV, Cable, Ping Pong, Darts, Gas Log Stove, Forced Air Gas Heat, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Washer and Dryer. Linens and towels provided. Maximum 8 guests. No pets, no smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
