Located in vibrant Kemptown of Brighton with independent shops and cafes is this beautifully presented 2 bedroom cottage. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring Brighton. Downstairs is a modern, open-plan living area with desk, dining & a fully equipped kitchen incl. a dishwasher. Upstairs you’ll find a large master bedroom with king sized bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with double walk-in shower. There is a private courtyard with seating area.

This lovely two bedroom cottage is ideal for couples or families looking for the perfect getaway. The property has a large, welcoming entrance hallway which leads to the main open-plan living area. As you enter this space you’ll immediately notice the soft tones and paired-back colour pallet giving a warm, calm ambiance to the space.
DINING SPACE
The dining area has a table and chairs that comfortably seats 6 so this is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drinks with family or friends.
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
The kitchen, living and dining areas are all neatly zoned out with various seating options available and even a dedicated desk/workspace. You’ll find the gloss white, fully integrated kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an oven and hob, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine plus all the usual appliances and lots of space for preparation. There’s plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery for you to use during your stay. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms finished in neutral tones. The master bedroom benefits from a king sized bed and has ample storage for all your clothes and belongings. In the second bedroom you’ll find two single beds. We also provide fresh white linen, towels and toiletries for every guest to use during their stay.
BATHROOM
Located just off the hall is the family bathroom which is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with double walk-in shower - what better way to immediately feel relaxed and at home.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The courtyard to the rear also doubles as a great dining space and is the perfect place for a morning coffee. Please note that there is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guest use.

A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for the duration of your stay - please request in advance.
Property Manager are available 7 days a week to assist with any questions you may have!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
The local team at Property Manager are on hand 7 days a week, 10am until 8pm, to ensure you have a great stay!
The Neighborhood:
The cottage is situated on a quiet residential street and that guests are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
- The sea front is a 5 minute walk away where you will also find a selection of cafes and Crazy Golf
- You can walk up to the South Downs in 20 minutes
- Brighton Marina is a 20 minute walk away with a selection of restaurants, a cinema and ten pin bowling
- Brighton Hospital is just a 5 minute walk from the house.
Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it’s amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the West Pier, the British Airways i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
Near to St James’ Street en route to Kemptown, you’re close to coffee shops, a supermarket, pharmacy and some great pubs.
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront.
Getting Around:
WALKING - From the house you can walk to everything you’ll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc.
PARKING - Parking can be difficult and expensive all over central Brighton. If you do need to park, there are pay & display bays in the area (please check local signs), and several car parks, the best option is the Norton Road car park in Hove which is around £6 per day.
BUSES - There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus. They are regular and easy to use and go from Western Road, a couple of minutes walk north from the flat.
TAXI - Taxi companies & UBER operate locally so getting around is never an issue.
BIKES - All over the city you can hire a social bike and enjoy the cycle path that runs from Hove all the way to Saltdean, it’s beautiful cycling along the coast. You can also park these bikes up securely across the whole city.
