Only 15min from the Domain, Downtown ATX, and Kalahari Resorts, we are right next to the highway, restaurants, and bars! When you are done exploring Austin, come take a dip in the pool and hang out with friends under the stars! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve, with a fully equipped kitchen, well decorated interiors, a smart TV with streaming, and complimentary coffee!

NOTE: This is a listing for TWO separate units. Each unit has 1BR/1BA. Units are on the same floor and are adjacent to each other.
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:
We are actually located right off of I-35 so you can’t beat the convenience and location! Located in the Pflugerville neighborhood, you’ll have one foot in "real Texas" and one foot in Austin. The TV show Friday Night Lights was actually filmed right down the street and you can do "real Texas" stuff like shoot guns but you can also quickly get into Austin for 6th street, rooftop bars, and food!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, just hop on the I35 to get there. Uber/lyft is available if you don’t have a car.

Please know that all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with coverage! The $35 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
