The extravagant Istarska županija Villa 1011 is furnished in a very elegant and timeless style. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large dining table and seating area. As an additional feature, the lovingly furnished villa is decorated with works of art by renowned Croatian artists. Also located on the ground floor is one of the four bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom.
The staircase, with Romanesque stained glass windows, leads to the first floor of the villa. The master bedroom and another comfortable bedroom, each with their own private ensuite bathrooms, are found on this floor. The master bedroom has its own balcony with direct access to the garden and pool area via stairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
