With its interesting construction and intricate details, Istarska županija Villa 1009 is reminiscent of a luxury mega yacht. Circular viewing windows in the walls gives the entire villa a maritime feel and the transparent walls and exterior glass railings offer an uninterrupted view of the imposing, beautifully landscaped exterior area.
There you will find a swimming pool, a dining table, and a stone barbecue with everything you need to prepare your meals and spend time with your loved ones. Inside is an open plan living area with lots of natural light, which consists of a living room, a dining room, and a special glass-covered kitchen. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
