<p>Villa Helios Evreti is hewn into the hillside just outside the pretty hamlet of Evreti on the north east side of Kefalonia, just south of FIskardo. In an area of stunning beauty the verdant green hillside sweeps down to the channel between Kefalonia and neighbouring Ithaca with a perfect view of Panayia islet.</p>
<p>Beautiful traditional Kefalonian architecture outside and comfortable elegant interiors, the ground floor living/dining room open out onto the pool terrace and enjoys the beautiful views, whilst the kitchen is on a split level up a few steps. There is a brick built bbq provided so you can cook and eat al fresco and enjoy the beautiful setting.</p>
<p>Villa Helios Evreti is next door to Villa Astria so could be rented together for a large group of up to 17 guests.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
