Raven’s Call Chalet is a delightful 6-bedroom chalet duplex in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street restaurants and shopping. During the summer months, enjoy easy access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. In the winter, skiers can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot.
This 3,400 square-foot, hillside residence has all the elements you need for entertaining with an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with plenty of natural light from all the surrounding windows. Step out onto the southwest-facing private balcony to relax after a long day of adventure. A barbeque grill and sitting area complete this space for covered outdoor dining in warmer months.
On the main level is a queen room with a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the cozy primary king room with a TV, wooded views, and ensuite bath. Two other queen rooms on this level share a hall bath. The lower-level family room is a great place to relax on comfortable furniture or watch a movie on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. Kids will enjoy the fun double bunk room that shares a bath with an adjacent queen room.
The fun begins with some friendly competition in the lower detached barn recreation room, complete with ping pong, foosball, billiards, and high-top tables. This uniquely renovated space has been transformed into the ultimate fun room, with a full-size fridge for drinks and snacks. While the kids are entertained in the rec room, the adults can enjoy the nearby hot tub, to soak away the day’s adventures under a starry sky.
For guests’ convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the home, and parking for two vehicles in the garage and one outside the garage. FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE IS RECOMMENDED IN THE WINTER MONTHS.
PLEASE NOTE:
Artistically built into the hillside, Raven’s Call is the upper chalet that is connected to the lower Raven’s Bungalow chalet by a shared wall with a locked access door. Each residence enjoys its own exterior access, garage, hot tub, deck, beautiful views, and separate outdoor spaces. Raven’s Call parking and garage access is via the alley above High Street, while Raven’s Bungalow parking and garage access is below on High Street. When rented separately, guest spaces remain private with no interaction between parties.
Raven’s Bungalow may be used as a standalone 4-bedroom chalet or Raven’s Call Chalet as a standalone 6-bedroom or rent both houses together known as the Great Raven Grande.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Property Manager homes.
GREAT RAVEN GRANDE
Need more space? Rent both the Raven’s Call Chalet (6BR) and Raven’s Bungalow (4BR) together as the Great Raven Grande for an incredible 10 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 23 guests for the ultimate family vacation. Each chalet has its own exterior access, or travel between the two from the inside, through the access door that is locked when rented independently. Raven’s Bungalow parking/garage access is on High Street and Raven’s Call Chalet parking/garage is via the alley above High Street.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Property Manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
Property Manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Property Manager properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
