A large wooden door leads off the covered terrace and into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This room is beautiful, with beamed ceilings, cottage style wooden windows and soft furnishings. To the left you’ll notice the kitchen, with brown wall tiles and all the essentials, including a microwave, fridge freezer and oven with hob. To the right you’ll notice the living area, with comfy sofas, a dining table and a satellite TV. There’s two bedrooms, one twin room and one double, both with timed air conditioning and share a separate full family bathroom.</p> <p> Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. The driveway is on a slope. To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 125cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps down to the pool area. The terrace is open-plan and consists of tiles and lawn. The pool itself has step access, whilst there is an edging around the pool. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
