<p>Situated in the much-loved family resort of Cala en Forcat, Villa Paco is the perfect villa in which to spend your summer holiday. With 3 pretty sandy coves, a good selection of restaurants and bars, live music, children’s play areas and an aqua park all close at hand and the old capital Ciutadella a short bus ride away, there’s enough going on to keep the whole family amused.</p>
<p>The villa itself has been stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture in grey tones creating a sense of peace and tranquillity. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area with modern kitchen and a patio door leading directly onto a covered terrace with rattan style furniture overlooking the pool, the ideal place to relax with a good book and ice-cold jug of sangria. As evening falls, why not make use of the fantastic brick barbecue area... grill up some steaks or try the local catch of the day, a great feature...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
