<p>Villa Moonlight is a brand-new villa, built on the edge of a tiny Istrian village by a lavender farm, and just a short distance from the famous observatory of Visnjan, where you can also find local restaurants, a bakery and grocery shop. This very stylish villa, designed by a well know Croatian architect, is super comfortable with a fabulous open plan living/dining room and kitchen all opening up through patio doors to the garden and pool area. The bedrooms are spread out over two floors with mezzanine areas so that they offer a great deal of privacy between them and each has its own bathroom so this house works well for couples and also for families with older children. The two first floor bedrooms have lovely covered balconies with comfortable furniture and enjoy open sea views. The top floor Master double bedroom offers a stylish bath tub as well as a shower room and open views. </p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
