<p>Set in the Punta Lara hills with panoramic views over the resort, Villa Buenavida is a 5-bedroom villa accommodating groups of up to 10. On the ground floor, you’ll find the games room with a pool table, cosy seating, and a satellite TV. Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace and doors lead to three of the bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find the main lounge area with leather sofas, satellite TV, an extendable dining table, and overhead fans. Also on this floor, a twin bedroom joins a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning and homely touches to keep you comfortable and cool even in the height of summer. Outdoors on the pool terrace level, enjoy sunbathing on the loungers provided whilst gazing at the mountains in the distance. </p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
