Guests are asked to please be mindful of their noise levels, due to the villa’s location in a residential location, and especially during 10 pm to 9 am. Parties are not allowed in this property. Guests are allowed to use the pool and hot tub Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10:30 pm, and on the weekends from 9:30 amd to 10:30 pm. The housekeeper will enter only the garden area at these times to open and close the pool and hot tub. Flexible. Extra €290, paid on arrival by card. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
