Located on the northside of Holland along bike paths that lead directly to Tunnel Park, this home has been recently designed. Main floor offers two separate bedrooms with king beds, full bath and a living/dining area with a large farmhouse table. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom with two queens, a full bath, and a great loft area for kids with three twin bed daybeds and tv area. The lower level has a bunk room for four, a ping pong table, living area, full bath and direct access to beautifully designed pool/hot tub and patio area with stainless grill. Please note that the pool is heated to 78 degrees. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES Check-In Time: 4 pm Check-Out Time: 10 am *Please note that early check-ins and late checkouts are not available. LOCATION This location is also just a 10 minute drive to award winning downtown Holland and just minutes from Holland State Park as well as Lake Macatawa. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
