This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath retreat is designed with families in mind, offering the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and relaxation.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy open concept living space, adorned with charming coastal decor that sets the tone for your beach escape. The fully equipped kitchen featured a delightful coffee bar, perfect for brewing your morning pick-me-up or enjoying a cozy evening with loved ones. Gather around the outdoor dining table to true Florida style family meals by the pool.
Speaking of the pool, our serene oasis is the ultimate spot for family fun! Take a refreshing dip, soak up the sun on comfortable loungers, or enjoy a book under the umbrella in this private retreat. (Please Note- Heating is available in cooler months (November - April) for a charge of 35.00 a day. Please reserve with the property manager before arrival.) The screened enclosure keeps pesky bugs at bay, allowing you to fully enjoy your pool paradise. The excitement continues in the game room/family room, where laughter and friendly competition await! With plenty of board games available, you can create unforgettable family memories that will last a lifetime.
Our home comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests with spacious bedrooms designed for restful nights after a day of adventure. Each room is tastefully decorated in beach hues, ensuring a tranquil environment for everyone to unwind.
Located just a short drive from breathtaking beaches, vibrant local attractions, and delicious dining options, our home is the perfect launching pad for all your family adventures. Whether you’re building sandcastles, exploring nature trails, or simply soaking up the sun, you’ll find endless opportunities just moments away.
1 set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth) are provided per person for the max number of people the home sleeps

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away (4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle is about a 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You do not need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Do not forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.
