This tastefully decorated villa offers a lot of privacy and oceanview. It has been recently painted and refurbished with new beds and some Ibiza style decoration. A spacious living room offers direct access to the open and fully equipped kitchen and to the covered porch overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with private swimming pool and dining area. Villa Beaches has three bedrooms alll with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has open doors to the the terrace and swimming pool. The other two bedrooms are located at the front side of the house, overlooking the garden. All rooms have air-conditioning. The villa is equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi and accommodates up to 6 people. Vilal Beaches is located on an elevated part of the resort; Villa Park Property Manager, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
