FULL DESCRIPTION
Beautiful pool home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Sugar Ridge. This comfortable private home is located just 5.1 miles from downtown Bradenton. Downtown Bradenton is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 15-minute drive (7.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.
There is a private pool that can be accessed from the kitchen, master bedroom, or third bedroom. The whole house looks out onto the pool that also has a water view of the pond in the backyard. The living room is spacious with a large chair/ottoman and couch that are perfect for watching TV on the large 70" screen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, shower stall, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has queen-size, and the third bedroom has two twins. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. There are several areas to sit down and have a meal either in the kitchen, bar area, outdoor by the pool or in the more formal dining area. All areas have great pool views, so it feels like your little oasis.
