Close to downtown Bradenton (5.1 miles) Anna Maria Island beaches  (14 miles) 2 Beach Chairs, 1 small cooler, 1 Beach Umbrella NO SMOKING and NO PETS Camera at Front door aiming at entrance and street for security. ____________________________________________________________________________ FULL DESCRIPTION Beautiful pool home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Sugar Ridge.  This comfortable private home is located just 5.1 miles from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 15-minute drive (7.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.
