Area: This beautiful colonial-style home sits on five secluded acres just minutes from all Nashville, Franklin, Columbia, and Spring Hill have to offer. You will feel like you are far out in the country yet you are less than 10 minutes away from restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, a movie theater, and Interstate 65. This house is a smooth 30-minute ride to Downtown Nashville. At the Colonial Manor, you are living the American Dream as you overlook the serene outdoor spaces from your second-story balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee, and a bottle of wine as the sun goes down, or cheer on the soccer match from your balcony. You have beautiful views that include an apple tree, two pear trees, and usually a family of deer. Downstairs has a fully functioning kitchen, a full house-length covered back porch, and FIVE French-style doors to entertain guests with indoor/outdoor space. Open all the doors and allow the fresh air to flow through the house while enjoying your company. *This home is on 6-Acres, but there are still neighbors. We appreciate guests who DO NOT play loud music after sundown.
