Situated in the 5th arrondissement, this 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for up to 5 adults and 1 infant, with parking available. The Notre Dame is just a few minutes away, as well as the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Marais across the water.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building, with steps up to the entrance.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living and dining room is light and airy, with classic, Parisian features, including original cornicing. There is a corner sofa, fireplace and a television, as well as a delicate chandelier hanging down above.
On the far side of the space, is the dining area- complete with a circular table and surrounding chairs, in green. Armchairs are positioned next to the tall windows, with views out to the street.
KITCHEN
In sleek black, the kitchen is contemporary in style and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay- such as a coffee machine. There is also a table and chairs here, for informal dining.
MASTER BEDROOM
A charming bedroom, with a unique feature fireplace hearth and a King-size bed. The room also comprises a wardrobe and chest-of-drawers.
BATHROOM
This bathroom has black tiling throughout and includes a shower, bath, two basins and a WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom offers a double sofa bed, a fireplace with mirror above, a piano, a wardrobe and a changing table for infants. There is a delicate chandelier hanging down above, as well as artwork on the walls.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom includes a single bed, a decorative fireplace and a baby cot for up to 3 years.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is contemporary in style, with a basin in turquoise blue, as well as a bath and overhead shower.
There is a separate WC.
