Part of the joy of Paris is the abundance of hidden gems that you’ll
stumble across during your stay. And this stylish, three-bedroom
apartment is tucked away in one of the best of them — namely, the
charmingly old-world village of Butte-aux-Cailles; a little hilltop
enclave in the city’s otherwise ultra-hip 13th. With cobbled streets
brimming with Art Nouveau villas and quirky cafes, you can enjoy the
best of a quieter local life alongside the bustle of Paris’s Chinatown
district and the dynamic Place d’Italie — accompanied by its
well-connected Metro Station. LIVING ROOM A slick, minimalist aesthetic
is enhanced by sweeping windows and crisp tones. There’s plenty of room
in the seating area, with its cluster of sleek, leather sofas bathed in
natural light making a supremely serene spot to relax in; whilst on the
opposite side, you can enjoy many a home-cooked meal at the dining
table. KITCHEN Glossy, silver-grey surfaces reflect the light through
another generously-sized window in this swish, modern kitchen. Fitted
with all the essentials, there’s even a little breakfast to perch at
whilst you sip that first morning coffee. PRINCIPAL BEDROOM Clean, airy
interiors combine with a large window and mirrored wardrobe to create a
sparklingly fresh bedroom, complete with double bed and desk. FIRST
BATHROOM Awash with rippled tiles, this bathroom features a combined
bath and shower, and a single wash basin. SECOND BATHROOM There’ll be
no scrabbling for front of the bathroom queue, with this second shared
bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, single wash basin and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM Brightened by two French windows and warming apricot
accents, this charming second bedroom includes a double bed, desk and
ensuite. ENSUITE A handy ensuite with a little walk-in shower, wash
basin and WC. THIRD BEDROOM Enveloped in windows, this delightful
bedroom lets the light flood in. Dotted with playful posters, it also
features a double bed and another useful desk spot. WC We love... The
sheer amount of windows, which not only illuminate this apartment but
also allow you to gaze upon the quaint rooftops and impressive
nineteenth-century architecture that surrounds you. The street itself
is also charmingly typical of the Butte-aux-Cailles neighbourhood, with
its picture-postcard cobbles, leafy garden square and corner cafe — all
of which afford a little welcome tranquility during your stay. **To
rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home
truths: No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is on the 3rd floor
with a lift available. As much as we love those sweeping windows,
you’ll be pleased to know they all come with blinds and shutters. When
your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a
pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking
details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic

which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to
find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
