Where better to admire the rooftops of the incomparably swanky 16th than an elegant dining room overlooking your own private balcony? Classically styled interiors evoke a little of that Parisian salon sophistication, whilst an enviable location in one of the city’s most picturesque arrondissements affords close proximity to the banks of the Seine, the illustrious Musée Marmottan Monet, and the landscaped paradise of Bois de Boulogne.
LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
Soft, pastel tones and oodles of natural light throw a veil of serenity over this room, whilst a sprinkling of dainty, antique furniture and traditional art supply that old-world charm. There’s a splendid dining table, with space for eight and glass doors opening on to the balcony (presenting Eiffel Tower views, it’s the best spot to be on a sunny evening), and we’re very keen on that impressively curated bookcase, where an array of leather-bound books add to that French salon-style ambiance.
KITCHEN
As kitchens go, this is a rather suave one, with its wash of marble-style counters and pendant lighting. There’s a great spot to enjoy your breakfast, plus all the amenities and cooking space you’ll need.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Light and airy and bathed in blush tones, this rather refined bedroom comes with a comfy double bed and a cushy reading chair.
FIRST BATHROOM
Aqua accents brighten this bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, a single wash basin and a WC. You’ll find the washing machine in here too.
TV ROOM
Below is a cosy extra sitting room in fresh lemony tone, perfect for chilling out in front of the TV or with a good book.
SECOND BEDROOM
An adorable second bedroom with two single beds.
SECOND BATHROOM
A slick little bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, single wash basin and a WC.
WE LOVE
This home is a bit of a treasure trove of beautiful ornaments, our favourites being that intricately decorated cabinet, those vintage ceremonial swords (no, it’s not just a fancy umbrella stand), and the rather enigmatic bust that greets you at the living room.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is on the sixth floor and can be accessed by a lift. It’s only a five-minute stroll from Gare de Boulainvilliers station.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
