Main floor features dual farmhouse tables with enough seating for 16, open kitchen with stainless appliances, an extra refrigerator and large counter top with bar stool seating. Living room has double sectionals and TV for movie nights after a day at the beach. Sun room provides additional space for lounging on the main floor. Master bedroom has king bed, daybed with trundle, private bath with walk in shower and access to private patio. Additional guest bedroom has king bed and patio access as well. Kids and adults will all love the lower level with additional family room, bunk room and fully equipped game area with air hockey, foosball, ping pong and pool table! Upper floor offers additional sleeping and adorable kids playroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and trundle. Across the hall, there are two rooms - one has queen bed and the next has three sets of twin bunks. The room with twin beds is accessible via the queen bedroom, and there are doors between the queen bedroom and the room with bunk beds. (Please see the video walk through for a visual tour!) The outdoor space is truly picturesque with a large flagstone patio putting green and fire pit. Pergola offers a shady place to retreat and large smoker grill is perfect for family barbecues. Plenty of green space as well with a play castle for the little ones. PARKING There is plenty of space for vehicles in the driveway and garage. The layout of the house was very unique and it served a big family gathering, very well! The basement was a MASSIVE success and the number of bathrooms really came in handy. We used the home as our family’s living quarters, while the rest of the family gathered here daily, for games and food. Kitchen layout proved superior {two refrigerators REALLY came in handy}! The outdoor areas were brilliantly executed!! [c’mon, a small putt-putt green??!] The resident black squirrels, turkeys (with babies), and house wrens were a pleasure to watch!
