There’s plenty of room to cater to and to entertain all members of the group/family. While a heat pump, woodfire and heat transfer system create a content and cozy atmosphere during the winter months.
The mature, manicured gardens perfectly complement this home and create an idyllic alfresco entertaining space to unwind after a day full of activities. There are also ample parking spaces on-street and off, however the garage will not be available for guest use.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- The T&C's will be provided to you before arrival directly from Property Manager
- This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.
- As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
- No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
- All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.
- The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.
