Bella Villa is a new addition to Vine Cottages 121 Vine St properties (look online for Fiorella-Sofia, and Revine Lago). Bella Villa is an upscale, newly renovated property with modern contemporary accents, yet maintains its original, classic historic 1900 Bungalow character. The property boasts ultimate comfort, space, privacy, with a large outdoor trellis-covered hot tub, cozy fire pit surrounded by custom made Adirondack chairs, with bocce court and corn hole, and convenient walking access to downtown, the new Market Walk on Spring, and the fairgrounds. Conveniently located in the downtown west side of Paso Robles and only steps from the Historic Paso Robles downtown square which boasts boutique shopping, galleries, tasting rooms, fine-dining restaurants, and the downtown city park. The location also provides multiple access points to over 100 west side wineries. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway, or a home away from home while working.
Step in onto the restored original hard wood flooring. Unwind on a comfortable couch or chair, with flat screen TV (with Apple TV), among a balanced décor of beautiful modern and antique furnishings. Prepare meals or charcuterie in a fully appointed kitchen. Eat in a shiplap lined dining nook, or outside dining table. Relax on the covered porch in a rocking chair or the hanging porch swing with a glass of wine in the evening, or a cup of coffee in the morning. Indulge in the privacy of a well-appointed, tailor made tile bathroom accentuated with a large glass-lined shower, rain shower head, and plush cotton towels. Enjoy a wonderful night sleep on a queen size luxury mattress, with quality cotton linens, and comfortable bedding.
