The place is one of a kind, gated property with miles and miles of endless rolling hills around and magnificent views. There are 10 acres on the property that offer complete privacy. Take full advantage of the brand new built-in full-size pool with built-in spa. (Pool is heated mid-May to mid-October, available to heat for a fee during the rest of the year.) Fire pit area also included near the new pool. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, wrap-around porch to enjoy the sunsets, outdoor dining, outdoor grill, additional gas fire pit and above-ground hot tub up near the house, and a game room with small ice hockey, pool and table tennis for total relaxation. Several great vineyards within a 10 min drive and Paso Robles downtown with some great restaurants is 15 mins away. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
