- This single-story cabin requires 3 steps to access
- There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay. The dock & bulkhead are shared amenities, boat/slip/lift are excluded
- Boat/trailer parking is first come, first served. Please contact the Guest Contact before arrival to confirm availability.
- If you intend to fish: bring your own poles & cooler if you intend to keep your catch. No fish cleaning is permitted onsite & no fish coolers are allowed inside the home
- Swim towels are not provided; it is recommended that guests bring their own
- The home is in a scenic lakeside setting, so insects like mosquitoes, ants, and bees are common outdoors. Although the property is treated quarterly, we recommend bringing insect repellent and proper food storage.
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the east fence along the driveway, camera 2 is located on the west fence along the driveway, camera 3 is located on the cabin exteriors facing the lake, camera 4 is located near the driveway entrance, and camera 5 is located on the dock overlooking the shared dock area. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
LOCAL REGULATIONS
- A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas, and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by the Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website
- All canoe, kayak, and paddleboard operators must have USCG-approved wearable PFDs for each person on board. Violating this may result in fines by the Game Warden. There is an assortment of limited sizes, but you may want to consider bringing your own as well
- County burn bans are issued frequently, use of fire pit may not be allowed. Adherence is required.
