The Cscape Penthouse is set on simpson bay beach, giving it commanding views of the Caribbean Sea plus the neighboring islands of Saba, St Eustais and Nevis. Sunsets, the moon and star filled night sky are simply brilliant especially from the unique roof top terrace. Its unique floor plan provides lots of privacy whether you are on a honeymoon or traveling with friends and family. You enter in the foyer where you will find the three bedrooms, main living space including kitchen, dining and living private terrace overlooking the beautiful simpson bay beach.  The three equal size guest rooms are off the main entrance; each with a private terrace, beautiful built-in closets and elegant spa style en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The decor is chic elegant. The main living space opens to the large terrace filled with comfortable seating for viewing the beach sunset. You look out over roofs and out to the brilliant blue sea and sky. This penthouse is a private oasis. On one side is a large and elegant master bedroom, with en-suite spa style bathroom, in serene whites and creams. The private terrace expands your view. You can almost touch the sky from the super secluded terrace. You are very close to amenities and the right on the beach of Simpson, beach chairs and umbrellas are included! A short walk from the penthouse will bring you to the famous Karacter beach restaurant. Culinary star Zafiro is two minutes away. A further 3 minutes and you find yourself at the International airport or the nightlife of Maho. Traveling over the French Border you are 15 minutes from the Capital, Marigot, where you will find Duty Free shopping, boutiques, bakeries and the Creole Market. Guest Access: Entire Property The Neighborhood: Decades ago, the Simpson Bay Lagoon was fringed with white sand beaches, and the little settlement of Simpson Bay was home to the island’s fishermen. The fishing still goes on, but Simpson Bay has changed into St. Maarten’s epicenter of tourism, with world-class marinas, countless restaurants, nightclubs, and bars. Many of the bigger resorts are within walking distance of the area’s entertainment. The larger urbanity of Cole Bay blends right into Simpson Bay, but many residents and business prefer to list ’Simpson Bay’ as their address, even though they are located on Cole Bay proper. In our writing, we use “Simpson Bay” to describe any business or attraction up to the Tropicana Casino on Airport Road or Boulevard (which is officially called Welfare Road, but again, many business owners seem to be too uncomfortable using this name). Getting Around: You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Manager’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Manager. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply.
