Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • ◆ To ensure a smooth check-in process, it is essential to book a minimum of 24 hours in advance with a 15-minute arrival window. If there are changes to your schedule, kindly inform us at least 2 hours before the check-in time. Failure to do so may result in a $50 rescheduling fee per occurrence or a $50 per hour waiting fee with a 1-hour minimum charge.
  • ◆ To check-in, guests must provide a photo ID that matches the name on the booking and sign a terms of accommodation agreement.
  • ◆ Please note that for same-day bookings, check-in may take up to 3 hours from the time of booking.
  • ◆ If you notice any issues with your apartment upon check-in, please inform us within the first hour, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
  • ◆ Please note that we provide a starter pack of essential household items per stay, including shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Should you require more during your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
  • ◆ Please ensure that apartments are left reasonably tidy upon check-out. Excess cleaning, rubbish removal, or dishwashing may result in additional charges. Any breakages or damages that are not reported during check-in may also incur replacement fees.
  • ◆ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $350.
  • ◆ Please be considerate of other residents in the building and maintain a minimum noise level after 10 pm. Parties are strictly prohibited. Offensive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your booking and loss of your security deposit.
  • ◆ At Mega Style Apartments, we are aware of our environmental impact. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, or heating when you are not on the premises.
  • ◆ Pets must be potty-trained and are not permitted on beds or sofas. You are responsible for removing any excessive pet hair from furniture or carpet. If your pet causes any damage or requires additional cleaning, you agree to be held responsible for all costs beyond the security deposit.
  • ◆ Please note that maintenance and repair of public amenities (e.g., gym, pool) in the building may occur and are outside the control of Mega Style Apartments.
  • ◆ When checking out, please send us a photo of each key set before returning them.
  • ⭐ EXTRA SERVICES ⭐
  • ◆ If you need a foldaway bed, sofa bed or non-standard bedding configuration, please request it at the time of booking as it's subject to availability. The cost is $150 per stay, but it's waived if you've already paid an extra person per night fee. Keep in mind that it must be transported from storage.
  • ◆ Rent a port-a-cot for $99 per cot (guests must bring their own linen) by requesting it at the time of booking.
  • ◆ Rent a high chair for $60 (subject to availability) by requesting it at the time of booking.
  • ◆ Pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay
  • ◆ For check-ins after hours: a $65 late evening fee applies after 9 PM, and a $95 late night fee applies after midnight.
  • ◆ Early check-in and late checkout cost $60 per hour, subject to availability. To guarantee these options, consider booking an extra day before or after your stay.
  • ◆ Check-out is firmly set at or before 10 am, unless arranged a day prior. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $250 charge for the first hour and $50 for each following hour.
  • ◆ If keys or devices are lost, the following replacement fees will apply for each item lost: $350 per parking remote or card, $150 per building fob, and $280 for apartment keys (which includes a locksmith).
  • ◆ Lock-outs during your stay may result in additional charges, starting at $100 per incident.
