Beautifully remodeled unique loft ready for your visit! Located right in the heart of town which puts you walking distance to shops and restaurants. This loft condo has a small one bedroom with a door up on the spacious loft with a full size bed and an attached half bath. In the open area of the loft, there’s a bonus sleeper area with a bunk bed which has a twin over a full, making the condo perfect for up to 5 people. The gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living/dining area in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. There is balcony for you to step out onto and enjoy the clean mountain air.
Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day’s activities. This resort also has an on site Mexican restaurant for that end of day margarita.
The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski/bike rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the Blue River and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on your Breckenridge vacation, and more!
