Tucked away near the end of Swains Road, Bembridge, Isle of Wight, and only 400 yards from Swains Beach. Lovingly refurbished in 2019, with many thoughtful touches, this one-bed, two-bath ground-floor coastal holiday bungalow, provides ample accommodation for two guests, with the luxury of having enough space for entertaining if you so wish. Enter via your gated driveway into a wonderfully large private lawned and patio garden. The perfect area to relax and enjoy some well-earned down time. Please be aware that the garden is not 100% dog-proof.

All on the Ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x super king zip link double, 3ft twin on request with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and basin, and door out onto a small patio area with table and chairs and washing line. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Large sitting room with a smart TV, and sound bar, comfortable seating for 4, electric fire and French doors out onto the large patio and lawned garden, with table and chairs. Well-stocked kitchen, with dining table for 4 / 6 people.
