As you step through the small porch area into the main hall, you’ll instantly feel at home. Traditional furnishings, thoughtfully chosen décor, and superb artwork create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.
To your left, you’ll find a cosy ground-floor double bedroom and a family shower room, perfect for those seeking easy access. Straight ahead, the open-plan living area invites you to unwind. This spacious social hub features comfortable sofas, a dining table for memorable meals, and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Patio doors lead out to the private enclosed garden, where a lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ set the scene for alfresco dining and relaxing family gatherings.
Upstairs, the first floor offers a variety of charming bedrooms:
A large, bright twin bedroom to the right.
A family bathroom and a cosy double bedroom to the left.
At the end of the landing, the stunning master bedroom awaits, complete with tasteful furnishings and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, harbour, River Yar, and Brading Down.
For your convenience, The Cottage offers two private parking spaces, one directly outside the entrance and another just up the road. Additional roadside parking is also available nearby.
