Seaside Cottage is a superb semi-detached two bed, two bath holiday home by the sea, sleeping up to four adult guests comfortably. Situated close to golden sandy beach of Ryde, on the Isle of Wight.
Seaside Cottage has recently in 2022 undergone a complete renovation inside and out, offering an immaculate and stylish holiday accommodation.
Traditionally set out, the ground floor offers, a spacious kitchen, dining and seating area, with bi-folding doors and Sky TV, and a separate sitting room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV with SKY, and desk area for those needing to work.
Upstairs the landing splits into two, to the right you will find the Master King double bedroom with ensuite shower room. To the left is the second bedroom with a king zip link double bed, can be singles on request, and a family shower room.
Outside there is a dining table & chairs for 4, plus an additional sitting area for 2....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
