On the right as you enter is the kitchen, followed by the living area and screened-in porch. Bedroom 3 is on the left, then bedroom 2 with a bathroom across the hall on the right. The owner suite is located at the end of the hall. The porch off the owner suite also connects to a door in the dining room. Beneath the unit is a garage and carport area where the grill, golf carts, and other items are stored. On the marsh side of the building, you’ll find the kayaks.
