On the first floor, you will find a formal living room with two large sofas as well as a dedicated family game room.Move on up to the second floor and you’ll encounter a book-lover’s paradise. A gorgeous sun room invites you to bask in the light. Enjoy your favorite novel, a cup of coffee or really anything you like in this space. You’ll have the perfect vantage point for spying on local birds or taking a quiet moment to breathe. The functional and open attic space is a great multipurpose area that is a unique bonus to this home. It features its own tv, beds for a cozy snooze and a large area for games and play. With 5 bedrooms and a loft, you simply can’t go wrong. On the basement level you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with a decorative fireplace and a tv. This floor has a private entrance separate from the main door of the house. With all the windows and lovely open spaces, you’ll be surprised you’re on a basement level at all. Here you will also find a full bathroom with a luxe subway tile walk-in shower and a Jack and Jill style sink with elegant fixtures. On the main floor of this home, you will find yet another gorgeous bathroom with a small claw-foot tub.On the second floor, there is a spacious master suite with a king bed, full length mirror, chandelier, large window and a master bath. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub nestled under a bright window so that you can enjoy a relaxing soak and gorgeous views without sacrificing privacy. As a surprise bonus, this master suite has a large walk-in closet equipped with a washer and dryer. This home has a large and inviting covered front porch with a swing and multiple benches and chairs. On the back of the home, you’ll find both a balcony and a covered patio with comfortable seating that invites you to rest and take in the views. Moving out into the yard, you’ll find a great firepit area with several chairs, sweet garden boxes and twinkling string lights. The entrance to the attic area is via a metal spiral staircase that is not super accommodating to carrying up any kind of large suitcase.
