The office/workout space provided makes this a great destination for professionals looking to "keep up" with their workload and stay active, all while living the island lifestyle. The main level includes an open and bright living room with plenty of windows and access to one of the two oceanside decks. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers plenty of space for your group to gather after a fun-filled day on the beach. The dining area is right off the kitchen and includes a coffee station to help get the day started. The office/workout space includes a desk and some space to keep your workout routine going throughout your visit. A full bath in the hallway and a back deck completes the main level. On the top level, you will find all 3 bedrooms, including the master suite with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, ocean views, and access to an oceanfront deck. Watch the sunrise or the dolphins swim by each day from this incredible top-level suite. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers another King bed. On the ground level, there is backyard patio with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy meals outside or catch up on the day’s adventures. A private outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze, and the storage closet housing all the beach equipment including chairs, bikes, cooler, and paddleboard is available for guest use. Parking instructions: Availability for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
