The waterfront bedroom offers a King bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and a private balcony with amazing marsh views. The second bedroom includes a Twin over full bunk bed, it’s own private bathroom, smart TV and it’s own balcony with partial ocean views. The top floor boasts an impressive master suite with king bed, large spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and beautfiul views, a smart TV, and a private balcony to enjoy world class sunsets from. The fourth bedroom includes a King bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and private balcony with partial ocean views. A closet with washer and dryer complete the top floor. The ground level includes an entry foyer, large garage, outdoor shower and a ping pong table out back under the house. The large backyard provides an island oasis with a private dock to launch your kayak or stand up paddle boards. **The boat lift is unavailale for guest use, and dock is not a deep water dock. Small skiffs may be able to get in and out, however this will depend on the tides and size of skiff. Key Features: Waterfront location, ocean and bay views, large backyard and private dock. Parking instructions: 5-6 vehicles depending on size - **Guests are NOT allowed to park on the grass** Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, kayak , paddle board, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
