This pet-friendly two bedroom condo is perfect for a larger family or group of up to 7 people. A large living room and wood fireplace provide the perfect, cozy venue to sit together and tell epic ski stories of your day on the hill. One bedroom sleeps two in a comfortable king sized bed, and the second is equipped with one queen and twin over twin bunks. Also available is an old-fashion roll-away bed. A covered deck provides year-round outdoor space and a chance to breathe the crisp, fresh air without leaving the comfort of your condo. This property is very "rustic" and is an affordable pet and family friendly option in Kirkwood. It has not been updated since being built in 1972. However, it has all new bedding and linens.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
