Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Access:
  • You MUST check in with Whistler Town Plaza reception to gain initial access to the suite and to park your vehicle. Please park in front of Deer Lodge located at 4314 Main St. There is free 15 minute parking for guest check in (and they are liberal about the 15 minutes) or it is $1 to park for an hour anywhere else on Main Street. The condo is located in the Town Plaza complex located at 4314 Main St, Whistler BC in the Bear Lodge building. The entry door to the elevator and suite is located in between Eddie Bauer & Billabong on “Village Stroll”. The front door is accessed via key card obtained by the front desk upon check in.
  • TV:
  • Use the Roku remote to turn on TV on/off. Go to home. Can choose cable/netflix. Cable box must be on for cable. Use top right button on shaw remote to turn cable on, box will light up blue.
  • WIFI:
  • Username: Bear206 or Bearlodge206

  • Coffee and Teas:
  • There are coffee and teas in the kitchen for your enjoyment
  • Fireplace and Heating:
  • Enjoy the gas fireplace heating as well as electric baseboard heating controlled by the thermostats located around the suite
  • Linens and Towels:
  • Linens/ pillows etc. for the pull out couch are in the master bedroom closet. Towels are provided under the bathroom sink
  • Kitchen:
  • When cooking, it is recommended to turn on the microwave hood fan and open a nearby window. The smoke detector is very sensitive and easily triggered.
  • Ski Locker:
  • Thankfully you don’t need to lug your gear up and down stairs or elevators! Straight ahead as you enter the building is the door to the ski lockers. Ours is Number 206 and the combination to the lock is 26-52-26. It is not permitted to bring your skis and/or snowboards up to the condo.
  • Parking:
  • Parking passes are given out by the front desk when you check in and current parking rates are $15 per vehicle per night.
  • You MUST use the door entry key card obtained through reception after check in to gain entry to the parking for Bear Lodge
  • You MUST be parked inside of the gated area for Bear Lodge.
  • Do NOT park in any stall that is marked reserved.
  • You MUST display the parking permit provided on check-in on your vehicle for the entire duration of your stay. If you are not able to access the residential floors via the elevator, you are not in the correct parking area. The public parking in the middle of the garage is not part of the Whistler Town Plaza. Parking there without payment will result in a ticket or tow.
  • Garbage:
  • Garbage cans are located under the kitchen sink and in washrooms. If you need to empty out excess garbage during your stay (or when you check out), please locate the garbage disposal locations in the parkade. There are signs to direct you or contact the front desk to locate them.
  • Safety:
  • There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. The smoke detectors are hooked up with carbon monoxide detectors as well.
  • Odds and Ends you might Miss:
  • Hairdryer: There is a hairdryer in the washroom
  • Ironing Board and Iron: Located in the bedroom closet
