Guests enjoy designer seating around a large fire pit (wonderful for star gazing), al fresco dining for 4 with the convenient Weber titanium grill, while seated at the 6-foot outdoor dining table, with the company of two smiling Buddha fountains peacefully joining in. Recently planted Aspen trees grace this enchanting backyard, with tin-made St. Francis of Assisi and other decorative tin hearts and birds adorning the walled-in space of Casa Bendita.
Beautiful furnishings throughout the home, as well as comfortable rocking chairs on the front and back portals of the home invite guests to relax and enjoy all the surrounds of charming Santa Fe, while just a few steps away from the famous Canyon Road Historic Arts District, offering treasured art galleries and restaurants, in this magical, historic and revered east side setting.
Luxuriate with FRETTE Italian bath towels and a slipper tub for herbal soaks after a day of Santa Fe shopping and sightseeing. Wishing you sweet dreams under Casa Bendita’s elegant, crisp percale linens along with the coziest of comforters, and monogrammed robes from Portugal. The guest bedroom with queen platform bed and full bath immediately outside the bedroom door is just another luxurious, private setting. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted televisions that offer streaming as well as cable, as does the wall mounted television in the living room, with its sophisticated Sonos sound system.
The Casa is fully AIR-CONDITIONED with the beautiful coved Viga ceilings, complementing hand-troweled diamond plaster walls. There is wood flooring, a chef’s kitchen with open concept design, and a master bathroom that is an absolute ’wow’. Designer Navajo-inspired woven wool rugs adorn throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms (in addition to air conditioning), and a European heating system.
