Enter into the light and bright great room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning stove set into a stone hearth. Whip up hearty mountain meals in the gourmet upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one in master suite) are located on the main floor along with the laundry room. Venture downstairs to the large rec room with lounge area and Queen murphy bed, ping pong table, games, and a cozy pellet stove! Stay comfortable year round with air conditioning and forced air gas heat. The deck and serene backyard provide a focus for outdoor living! You can also take a quick dip in the beautiful local White Pines Lake (only 5 minutes away) or enjoy at day at Big Trees State Park where you can soak up all nature’s glory. You’re also just a 15 minute drive to the quaint town of Murphys and 30 minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort or beautiful Lake Alpine. Our Silver Lining sleeps 9 people in 3 bedrooms, all located on the main floor. Bedroom 1 (master) features a King bed with its own bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds, one with a Queen bed on bottom and Twin on top and another Twin over Full. The other full bathroom is also located on the main floor. Additional sleeping available with a Queen Murphy Bed downstairs in the recreation room. Amenities: Whole House Generator, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs (Great Room, Rec Room, Master Suite), Cable, Ping Pong, Games, Air Conditioning, Forced Air Gas Heat, Wood Stove (Great Room), Pellet Stove (Great Room), Gas BBQ (propane provided). Access to Public Lakes (White Pines Lake and Lake Alpine). 15 min to Murphys, 10 min to Big Trees State Park, and 30 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort. Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests. Pets allowed , no smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
