This is a perfect home nestled on a quiet corner of the complex with great parking. This is a lovely two story home with terraces off the bedrooms and first floor. With the pool and the beach just steps from the villa, prepare for a relaxing vacation for a family or various couples vacationing together. Enjoy four bedrooms two with full size beds two with queen size beds and walk-in glass showers. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a Tv cable and internet is provided. Each bedroom has a TV. The pool and Bbq area is located within steps to the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please follow all the terms and conditions of Airbnb. We do not accept guests that rent for other people and that is also not permitted by Airbnb in their rules. This home is for 8 people maximum and that includes children. Children under 3 are not included in the total. No pets. Please do not leave trash in the unit. When checking out, please place all trash in the bins located outside the driving gate on the main road. We also provide shampoos, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels plus cleaning supplies but these are not unlimited. Please follow all rules for the common area and pool area. There is no smoking of any substance in the home including vaping. You have complimentary access to Coco Bay beach club and gym. Thank you!
