Beach condo, close to pool, comfy in Coco!

Torquesa 36 is a nice quiet entrance with secure gated parking and community. Walking distance to town and has a nice large pool and rancho area for enjoyment. The condo is fully equipped for enjoyment, relaxation and some beach time! Nice outdoor seating area with chairs for relaxation on the terrace. There are two twin beds and one queen bed. Sleeps 4. Sorry, we do not accept pets. If you are a scuba diver, Rocket Frog Divers is right next door so it is easy to dive with a good group! The parking is shared but good parking and a gated community. There is shared washer/dryer and pool area. We offer beach chairs so we ask they be returned to the condo after each use. Please do not leave them at the pool or beach. Please do not hang clothing off the terrace wall. There are areas in the bathroom to dry clothing.
