Relax and enjoy this lovely condo one bedroom condo location on the third floor overlooking one of the large and spacious pools in the lovely manicured and sought after Pacifico gated community. This condo is centrally located to the main town, the beach, the pools and more. It sleeps 2 with a comfortable king bed. The patio is the size of the entire condo so you have a lovely spacious indoor space along with an outdoor eating area and lounge. Four shared pools and hot tub! This condo is centrally located to the main town, the beach, the pools and more. It sleeps 2 with a comfortable king bed. The patio is the size of the entire condo so you have a lovely spacious indoor space along with an outdoor eating area and lounge. Four shared pools and hot tub! This is a self-check in service. There is a keyless entry system and you are able to check-in very easily. Due to busy times, we cannot always offer check in early or late check outs. If we can, we gladly offer it...but please understand that it is not always the case. You can pay a fee to arrive early or stay later but please ask us the for the times. These are by request prior to the reservation. Information for the wifi is located in the welcome booklet inside the condo. Playas del Coco is a lovely peaceful town that you can walk to down town and be there or the beach in 10 minutes. Pacifico offer a complimentary shuttle to the Beach Club. The Pacifico Beach Club is $35 per person per day and $25 is used as a food/drink credit. The restaurant is open to the public but he use of the beach club is available at this fee. You pay directly to the Beach Club and we will need your names prior to arrival for the gate entrance and access to the beach club. Right outside the Pacifico grounds you will find the Automercado grocery store, a local bank with ATM, Pharmacy and a nice places to eat. There are many tours to take and we can recommend a great tour company. Just ask us! We will allow a month rental but it depends on the time of year. Please ask us for a rate. No pets are allowed. This condo is limited to 2 people. Infants(non-walking) are allowed but by approval prior to acceptance. We do have pack-n-plays and high chairs at a fee. This location is perfect for walking, golf cart(there are charging stages for the carts and electric cars) or drive to many locations to tour the area. There are local buses along with red taxis or tour companies. You are only within 25 minutes from LIR airport so it is very easy to get around this town and the area. Pool Rules I. Use of the pool at any time is at the swimmer’s own risk. Any injuries or accidents should be reported to Security 2670-1515 ext. 1012. 2. Children fourteen (I4) years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 3. Children who cannot swim must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in any of the pools or surrounding areas. 4. Children must use special diapers for swimming if they still do not know how to use the toilet and always be accompanied by an adult 5. The pool hours are from 7am to 9pm, swimming is allowed at the established times and in the established lanes. 6. Showers are required before entering the pool. 7. Bottles, glass objects, drinking glasses and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area. Trash should be placed in the proper receptacles located throughout the pool area. 8. Food is allowed only in designated areas. 9. The use of small hand-held coolers is allowed, large coolers are not authorized. 10. Radios, televisions and audio visual equipment are permitted only when played at a sound level which is not offensive to others. 11. Pets, bicycles, skateboards, or balls are not permitted in the pool area and surroundings. 12. Lifesaving and pool cleaning equipment should be used only for the purposes intended. 13. Running, ball playing and hazardous activities are not permitted in the pool areas. Pushing, dunking and dangerous games are prohibited. 14. Fishing, spear fishing and snorkeling equipment, other than a mask and snorkel, are not to be used in the pool areas except as part of an organized course of instruction. 15. All persons using pool furniture are required to cover the furniture with a towel when using suntan oils and lotions. 16. Water toys are permitted for children under 5 years of age, as long as they do not affect coexistence with the rest of the people who enjoy the pool. 17. Towels cannot be left on the chairs to reserve them, towels left unattended for more than 15 minutes will be removed by the security staff.
