Nestled in the heart of downtown McMinnville, this 1920’s craftsman boasts a number of upgrades and enhancements. Sitting just two blocks away from Historic Third Street you will find several award winning restaurants, countless wine tasting options, and a vibrant downtown community. With the ability to walk to most everything including farmers market and Linfield college you can park on arrival and never drive again until departure if you choose.
A few quick steps lead up to the elevated porch and into the entry way. From there head upstairs to the bedrooms or into the open living and dining room. Cozy up to the fire to relax or unwind to some streaming options or DVD’s on the adjoining media room with the TV and DVD player. While cable is not available there is a Chromecast in order to stream through your own platforms. This couch also converts into a full size sleeper sofa if needed for your group.
Just beyond the formal dining room sits a spacious kitchen and additional seating. The kitchen is fully and completely stocked for most any culinary dish you could wish to prepare. A full bathroom resides just off the kitchen. The doors beyond open up on to an enclosed backyard and large deck with a BBQ and patio furniture sitting under bistro lighting.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath. The layout comprises of two queen bedrooms and one with a twin bed. The bedrooms are generous in both size and comfort. It will be obvious from the minute you walk in that an incredible amount of though and care went into the décor and layout to create a wonderful home for your stay.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
