This wonderful suburban home is located in the heart of Vancouver. Sitting just minutes from the freeway, downtown Vancouver is about 5 miles or downtown Portland is just 15 miles away. From the moment you enter, you will notice that every bit of décor and furnishing was procured to create that perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay. The living, dining, and kitchen area are setup as an open layout which is quite convenient for the entire group to enjoy together. The quartz countertops and stainless appliances are just a few of the highlights. As you proceed into the backyard you are greeted with a wonderful fully fenced area with strings of bistro lights to help create a enjoyable ambiance day and night. Relax by the fire-table while grilling up something amazing on the BBQ then end the day with a dip in the hot tub. All three bedrooms are located upstairs where the spacious primary bedroom enjoying an en-suite bathroom with tile shower and a large walk in closet equipped with a pack n play for the travelling families. The other two beautifully appointed bedrooms share the other full bathroom. There is a second cozy seating and TV area upstairs as well which help provides excellent flexibility for groups with kids or if someone is looking for quiet place to watch a show and relax a bit. Without a doubt, The Wren is loaded with amenities and is a perfect place to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest to offer for your family or small group.
