This wonderful home is central and accessible for whatever you are visiting for. Sitting just across the street from the Quatama MAX station you can easily travel throughout the entire Portland and suburban areas. Whether you may be looking to be close to Nike and Intel campuses, visiting family and friends in the region, or just enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Enjoy a perfect blend of comfort, style, and location, this three bedroom home is a great option for your family or small group. The property makes great use of space with it’s open floor plan allowing for groups to enjoy cooking, dining, and entertainment in the living room with each other.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms all of which offer a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. Each has been expertly styled with most all new décor and furnishing throughout. The attention to detail and thoughtful design is undeniable. You will find fantastically comfortable beds in a cozy and thoughtful layout. There is a desk available if you need a quiet space to work as well as reading nook at the top of the stairs.
On the main level the kitchen island has been transitioned to the primary eating space with an additional side bistro table as well. When the weather cooperates, there is a four person outdoor table as well as part of the small fenced backyard area. Please don’t hesitate to use the BBQ for your grilling creations.
Another feature of the home is the convenience of location. There are multiple grocery options within a mile or two. There is an outdoor mall at the Streets of Tanasbourne just a few minutes away. Numerous restaurants are within a five mile drive or less. The MAX (Portland’s Light Rail System) is practically across from the home and you can use that to go downtown, the airport, or other regions to the east and south of Portland.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
