The cozy front porch, complete with two daybeds, is the perfect nook for sipping your morning coffee or curling up with a good book. Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings after a day at the beach, plus a TV for movie nights. The inviting kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additional comforts include complimentary WiFi, a washer and dryer, and provided firewood to keep the fireplace glowing. And best of all, you’re just a short walk to the beach, making Gin Ridge Cottage the perfect base for your coastal escape. On the north side of Pacific Way, about 300 feet from home, the city of Gearhart offers a public recreation area that includes tennis courts and a basketball hoop. For a round of golf, the Gearhart Public Golf Course (half a mile away) features an 18-hole course. PET FRIENDLY: Maximum of 2 pets only **There is a $100 pet fee per pet fee. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ** THINGS TO KNOW Additional Property Information: We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
