For warmer summer nights, the upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans (not shown in pictures) and sun-blocking shades. The downstairs bedroom also has fans. Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning. The single car garage has plenty of built in storage shelves for skies, snowboards, camping gear, etc. Boot trays for ski and snowboard boots are provided just inside the garage door entryway. The outdoor deck is great for stargazing on a warm summer night. The gas fireplace in the living room makes winter nights cozy and relaxing. Or, just kick back and enjoy a game or a movie on the 65” smart TV.
