Other nearby attractions include mini-golf, dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops, and the Jolly Roger Amusement Park, three miles away. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, and a gym. At the home itself, you’ll find four levels to spread out on. Enjoy morning coffee on the furnished balcony off the main living space, then step inside to make some breakfast. Throughout the home, you’ll find bright, coastal decor, pretty pops of color, and a cheerful vacation vibe. The main living space on the second floor combines the living room and eat-in kitchen, making it ideal for hanging out as a group. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and little helpers can perch at the kitchen island barstools to help. Sit down for a meal together at the dining table before heading to the beach - and don’t forget to grab the thoughtfully provided beach gear. When you return, relax in the central AC while you toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. Opt for quiet conversation and a glass of chilled wine right out of your wine fridge in the keeping room or watch some TV in the spacious family room. Four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi ensure that everyone will find something to entertain them. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
