This amazing home offers fantastic views of Beaver Lake from nearly every room in the house! Built in 2009, the home is in excellent condition, so don’t hesitate to bring your family and friends and make yourself at home. This house is just a short distance from Eureka Springs, giving you easy access to the best attractions in Northwest Arkansas.
The home sits atop a ridge overlooking Beaver Lake. It has a big backyard, which is fenced for the kids. There is a cool and shady screened front porch at the entry of this home to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The deck of the home wraps around the house from this porch and goes to the back of the house where there is plenty of room to entertain, grill, and enjoy the sunset on one of the Ozark’s most beautiful lakes.
Inside, the full kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It’s complete with a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The living room has elegant decor and the floor plan is open to the dining and kitchen. Head to the lower level of this vacation home for a more relaxed and rustic decor. A large TV and comfy couch make for a great place to view movies. There is an electric fireplace in the entertainment unit that houses the TV. There are two bedrooms and a sleeping area on this level with a full bath and a bar sink area. A double French door leads to the spacious fenced backyard and the view of Beaver Lake.
